So, today I’m trying to find enough motivation to work out. I’m sick and tired of feeling “fat” and just having no energy. I am 5’11” and I weight about 197. I don’t really know anything healthy and good tasting to eat, so any ideas will be helpful :).
I plan on doing some yoga, and then cardio, then treadmill for maybe an hour. Then eat, then another hour on the treadmill hopefully I can keep this up and WANT to get healthier everyday. Because I’m sick of having to wear a bathing suit and look at all the fat on my body, I want this for me. And no one else. I want to be able to wear all those clothes that i can’t now. I want to feel good.
